Tower installation in Torrejón de Ardoz

Before last summer, TOTEM carried out the installation of a tower in the Madrid municipality of Torrejón de Ardoz, with the goal of supplying the operators that offer connectivity services in the area of the Torrejón de Ardoz air base and the new Oasiz Shopping Center, built a few meters away.

👀 And… Today it’s the moment to show how it is the usual process of settlement of one of the pillars of the telecommunications sector: the towers!

🙌 Paulino Pinilla López, Construction Engineer at TOTEM Spain, explains in detail the work of several days that takes place in this type of installation, specifying the security measures and technical operations that are followed to be able to build up a tower that allows to offer connectivity to several operators.

📡 As Paulino explains, “TOTEM’s objective, as a neutral TowerCo, is to help all operators in their deployment tasks in urban and rural areas throughout Spain”.
